My name is Brent and I am currently enrolled in Washington State University. I will be getting my Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2011. I might go on for a Masters and Ph.D. but I am also interested in going to Japan for a couple years to teach the English language through their J.E.T. program. In High School terms I am a jock and a nerd. I love science and math and I enjoy playing sports. I like playing online computer games as well. I generally enjoy all types of music and entertainment in general. I tend to enjoy Science Fiction and adventure stories. I also like to write science fiction sometimes.
I am posting this here because I believe it is the best way to find the type of person I am interested in. I generally do not like to go to bars, night clubs, or parties alone and I do not have many friends. That is mostly because I have moved around a lot and I have tended to not put myself out there to meet new people. I am generally a positive person who believes strongly in a positive mental attitude. I am eclectic in my beliefs though and tend towards Taoism as a way of life.
