I'm just this guy. Ambitious, happy, generally ready to see what life has in store. There's also a lot going on in my life, and even where there are things I'm not thrilled about, I still face those head-on. As I write this (touch-typing, you know), I'm watching my daughter dance - she loves the attention, and is as creative with that as with anything else. So being a dad is really a large part of my life. Would I do it again? You bet! Guess it takes half a decade to really learn how to do something.

Anyhow, I'm also fairly successful in career life, with some very exciting opportunities on the near horizon - ones that involve not living in this area in a year or so, just to be clear. Beyond that, I try to get out and go backpacking at least once a year, although lately I've been somewhat slacking on that regard - demands on time have been pretty ceaseless. Things change, though - life is incredibly busy one week, and then just as suddenly it seems that you've got all the time in the world. Or at least that's been my experience :)

Ideally, would like to partner up with someone who's got similar ideals about life, parenting, love, etc. I'm not a traditionalist by any means, and value equality in all respects, while still cherishing the uniqueness of us all.
